What is a good way of getting rid of stress and anger apart from a punching bag, screaming etc? - kids punching bag
Sometimes I feel really frustrated and need an outlet for. For example, when talking to my ex-husband gave me a really (we need to bother children keep in touch cos)
I have a punching bag and I live in an apartment in downtown, so I have to go anywhere, just to cry or whatever.
