Will mortgage rates go down enought to refi a Jumbo loan to a conforming loan? - jumbo conforming loan limits
I can still see the Fed to lower interest rates, but the fixed rate for 30 years seems to continue to rise. I hoped that my jumbo refi loan@6.125% for a loan in line with a better rate. Can I find a set low enough to justify refinancing? I was by the change in loan terms limits, it seems that now some good news came through the window, excited for me.
